5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

ConvergeOne reserves the right to amend the terms and provisions of this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of this Site after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of any new or amended terms and provisions.

6. GDPR Compliance

ConvergeOne complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.  ConvergeOne has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.  If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.  To learn more about the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) program, and to view our certification, please visit https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/

 

In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF ConvergeOne commits to cooperate and comply respectively with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. EU individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our EU-US DPFP policy should first contact ConvergeOne with their name, email address, and country of origin at: GDPR@convergeone.com

 

Under certain circumstances, EU individuals may invoke binding arbitration for complaints regarding EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles compliance.

 

The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over ConvergeOne compliance with the EU US DPFP.

 

In compliance with GDPR, EU individuals may request ConvergeOne copy of protected information by emailing GDPR@convergeone.com with their name, email address, and country of origin.

 

EU individuals may also request ConvergeOne to securely destroy all protected information attributed to them by emailing at GDPR@convergeone.com with their name, email address, and country of origin. A response confirming the request and the deletion of collected data will be sent after the data has been deleted.

 

ConvergeOne will utilize EU data protection authorities (DPAs) to address complaints and comply with the advice given by such authorities with regard to:


•    non-human resources data transferred from the EU. 
•    human resources data transferred from the EU in the context of the employment relationship.
•    unresolved complaints concerning data transferred from the EU.


You have the right to access and correct your personal data ConvergeOne has collected based on your interaction with ConvergeOne or with its clients for which ConvergeOne is the data custodian. While ConvergeOne does not sell any personal data collected, you have the right to request ConvergeOne to limit the use and disclosure of your personal data.
